We also note incomplete information, but in the final count of the number of bases we only count those for which there are enough elements to prove their existence. During the recent Summit of ALBA heads of state and foreign ministers that took place in Caracas, Argentine Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman pointed out that the conflict between Argentina and Great Britain over the Malvinas Islands “is presented by Great Britain as a military problem” because “sends troops and has turned the Islands into a military base in the South Atlantic.”

The framework of the new geopolitical alignment with the United States of the unusual Argentine Government is based on a viceregal dependence on external, financial, economic and political powers derived from the financialization of world politics. There are several legs of the table.
