We wish to express our absolute condemnation and disagreement with the upcoming trip to Israel by the President of the Argentine Republic, Javier Milei. At a time when he is carrying out genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza and ethnic cleansing intensifies in the Occupied West Bank, the fact that the President of our nation is planning to visit the State of Israel, thus giving political support to the crimes perpetrated by the occupying power, makes him an accomplice to the greatest genocide of our time.
The largest documented genocidal massacre in history, through testimonies, videos and photos, showing the unbearable suffering of innocent victims, leaving graphic testimony of the atrocious crimes committed against them, as well as the actions of the perpetrators who, in a flagrant and obscene manner, flaunt their war crimes on social media and television programs in the major Western media outlets.
Following South Africa's complaint of genocide, which in turn demanded a ceasefire, the International Court of Justice ruled that South Africa's accusation, supported by other states, that Israel is committing the crime of genocide in Gaza is plausible and consequently issued a series of provisional measures instructing Israel not to commit acts of genocide. The Zionist government not only fails to respond to the Court's requests but also continues to unleash relentless bombing attacks on the civilian population and is busy denouncing Gazan UNRWA personnel. These accusations have led several countries collaborating with Israel to suspend their financial assistance, jeopardizing essential humanitarian aid.
